These are brand new kits in the box. Made by SUIHE LTD. 14 gauge galvanized steel, 22 mil polyurethane fabric. These weigh anywhere from 825 pounds to 5200 pounds depending on the size of the kit. These aren't like something from tractor supply or home depot or costco. These are strong, heavy durable kits. The price per square foot can't be beat.

These are a great storage solution for a plethora of applications. You can anchor them straight into the ground or use them on a concrete slab or asphalt or base rock or whatever you got going on. All these kits come with ground stakes, footplates, ratchet straps, and everything else you need to assemble them. 100% waterproof, fire retardant, UV inhibitor canvas and a galvanized steel frame. Constructed of rip-stop fabric that has excellent resistance to wind, cuts and mold.

I have had people from all walks of life put these together. The smallest 20x30x12 kit can be put up in less than day and the biggest 40x80x20 kits can go together in two or three days with the right equipment (scissor lift / boom lift / scaffolding / forklift.

These are the prices on the shelter kits. You would be hard pressed to find better prices per square foot anywhere. These are the total prices. All said and done.

The fabric on any of these kits are rated or 71 mph winds. They can take gusts up to 100mph but if you happen to be somewhere where the wind blows that high all the time, these aren't gonna work for you. They can handle a snow load of a few feet at a time as well. I have customers in Montana, Colorado, back east and even Alaska. That being said, it wouldn't be good to put these on a remote property with a “I'll see you next spring” attitude. You want to have someone on site to monitor the snow during big storms.

Every building kit I have has zippered doors on each end and depending on the size a smaller man door next to each one. The openings on the doors vary in size depending on the kit. The 20x30x12 kits have an 8 foot high clearance while all the 30 wide kits are 11 feet 6 inches wide and 11 feet 6 inches tall. That big top 40x80x20 gets you a 14 feet 9.6 inch clearance so thats the one you can drive anything into. Big Rig / Giant Motorhome / Extra Tall Travel Trailer......you name it.

I also sell shipping container shelter kits. They use the same steel and fabric and are plug and play with 20 or 40 foot shipping containers. The kit for 20 foot containers spans 20 feet wide between your two containers from inside edge to inside edge and 20 feet long. The 40 foot container kits span the length of your containers but are either 20 or 40 feet wide between them. The 20 foot wide kits are 6.5 feet tall above your container and the 40 wide kits are 13 feet high depending on the kits. These do not require welding or drilling of any kind. They drop right into the cam lock pockets on the 4 corners of your two containers and attach like C-clamps on the edge at every truss. These kits don't include the actual 20 or 40 foot conex boxes. You need to provide those. But if you have two 20 or two 40 foot shipping containers you are ready to make a drive through workshop to get you out of the weather. Great place for parking vehicles, working on boats, to use as an outdoor garage, RV or toyhauler or travel trailer parking, for farm implements......just a ton of good uses.
