Officials File Property Reports Overdue real estate disclosure statements rare starting tone trickle in from local officials. Most Martinsville and Henry County officials met the Dec. 31 deadline and filed their statements on time. But Henry County Supervisor Jack E. the "county planning commission, and two members of the city planning commission were late.
