The dirtiest Mac I've ever been. We arrived in the afternoon, the visitors were me and my son and a couple of other guys, but the restaurant was very dirty, uncleaned, and if it weren’t for the child’s request, I would have left there. It’s very unpleasant to visit such Mac... and the staff? Do you think they were interested to work in a clean place? Absolutely not, they don't care, the concept of 'cleanliness' and 'hygiene' is totally foreign to this place. And yes, look at the cheeseburger on the children's menu, in all the restaurants of the network, ketchup is inside, but here it's just one side of the cheeseburger was filled with ketchup. The worst ratings
Why is it that when McDonald's introduce an automated system to make the experience more efficient..1. It takes 15 to 20 min to serve an order when there were very few customers waiting and the kitchen looked like the staff were falling over each other2. When having asked twice where the order was... It finally arrived cold.I could sort of understand the wait if the food came out hotUnfortunately after my last 2 visits to McDs in the UK I should have stuck to my decision never to subject myself to their cold food again. It is obviously not just the individual restaurants but Mcdonald's policy/training or whatever
